COURSE OVERVIEW

This intensive 5-day course is designed to focus on preparing participants for the exams required by the Project Management Institute PMP ® certification. The PMI PMBoK ® Guide is provided as a reference text and the framework taught is applicable to the majority of projects whatever the industry sector.

In this set of workshops, participants will learn proven techniques, processes and tools based on the Project Management Institute’s PMBoK ® Guide which will enable them to take a journey of discovery which will ultimately prepare them for the PMI PMP exams. The course covers:

  • The context of Project Management in PMI PMBoK ® Guide project management processes
  • An overview of the 5 Process Groups and 10 Knowledge Areas

Note: Only those with the minimum project related experience will be eligible to take the PMI exams.
