COURSE OVERVIEW

Offshore structures play a multifaceted role in supporting energy production, transportation, research, defense, tourism, and environmental stewardship. Their significance extends beyond their immediate functions to encompass broader economic, social, and environmental impacts on coastal communities and global society.

The Offshore Structure Design, Construction, Inspection and Maintenance course aims to give participants a thorough and current knowledge of offshore structures engineering in general and steel jackets in particular. All of the knowledge regarding fixed offshore structure platforms will be illustrated in this course. We will go into great detail about the fundamental design and loads that impact the offshore structure platform using the most recent structural analysis technique, pushover structure analysis. There will be examples of how to choose the right platform configuration and layout. This course will cover the building and maintenance of the mature structure. This seminar will give the most recent approach for risk-based underwater inspection.

Upon successful completion of the Offshore Structure Design, Construction, Inspection and Maintenance course, the delegates will be able to:

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is intended for Senior Engineers, project engineers, design engineers, construction engineers and project managers from oil & gas companies, construction companies, design and installation companies and regulatory authorities. Also, those newly qualified, have recently moved into offshore structural engineering or hold broad responsibilities that include offshore structures.
