Registration – Bookings for courses can be made via our website (promisetrainingglobal.com) or by contacting our Registration Desk at [email protected] Upon receipt of registration, enrollment on the respective training course will be confirmed by Registration Team with all necessary documentation
Fees – Each fee is inclusive of instruction, all training materials, lunch and refreshments served during the entire seminar. Accommodation charges are not included in the course fees
Mode of Payment – The currency of fees is in US Dollars (USD). Payments can be made in USD or UAE local currency AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams) either by Bank Transfer or by Cheque. Our Bank Account details will be provided on the Invoice
Cancellation / Substitution – Request for seminar cancellation must be made in writing & received three (3) weeks prior to the seminar date, a refund may be given or a credit note issued which can be used against future course fees. After the cancellation period has expired, the registered delegate can nominate a substitute on the same course, shifts to next session of the course or moves to a new course.
Attendance Certificate – A certificate of attendance will only be awarded to those delegates who completed and attended the entire programme. The daily course schedule should be accurately followed to ensure audacious implementation of our training.
Force Majeure – Any circumstances beyond the control of the Company may necessitate postponement, change of seminar venue or substitution of assigned Instructor. The Company reserves the right to exercise this clause and implement such amendments.
