COURSE OVERVIEWMaintenance costs and machine availability are two of the most significant concerns to a heavy-duty gas turbine industry. Therefore, a well structured maintenance strategy helps to reduces the owner’s costs while increasing equipment availability should be established. Today, gas turbines have found wide acceptance in a variety of applications ranging from the petrochemical industry to the sophisticated aircraft industry.
This course provides you with an opportunity to acquire a fundamental understanding of many aspects of stationary gas turbine engine performance and it’s important componetnts applicable to its operation and maintenance. Participants will learn operating, troubleshooting and maintenance best practices for heavy-duty gas turbines. Additionally, it will cover types of inspections plus operating factors that influence maintenance schedules.
